We are so excited, blessed, and hopeful to invite you to join us on this ongoing journey into deeper embodiment of your Divine Self, who is the essence of you as Infinite Love that can be expressed through your sacred humanity and body in ever expanding ways.

After the nourishing recent experience of offering our Sacred Union group call series for five months, we were guided to offer another series offering a bridge to the parts/soul aspects that we are experiencing in their transmution and integration into this Divine Self expression.
​
Join us to feel and experience how this phase of Ascension is offering a deepening within as we consciously feel and form a relationship with parts of the 3D self from this life and soul aspects from other timelines/lifetimes.
The Divine wants to be in ongoing experiential reconciliation with us as the fragments in our emotional body/subconscious/psyche that have occurred through incarnations in 3D in order to move into more unification within, continuing this human divine dance. The Divine is supporting us to transmute our souls experience on this Earth Plane (esp 3D Matrix lifetimes) of separation, to heal the fear that is created from this separation of losing any goodness that may come to us, from the dark that sets in as we moved away from the light of the Divine, from the polarizations that are internalized within us.
All of that changes as we bridge to and connect with these wounds held by the parts of us who hold the energy and very reality of these memories, which aren’t just memories, but god-like ‘memes’ that await our reconciliation/transformation of them. Our wounds, which we’ve largely been afraid of and avoidant of, are now proving to be the very portals to our heart and soul awakening, guarded and even preserved by these lifetimes of fear, but which can now be bridged to and transmuted to enter the phase of reconciliation.
Rather than using our spiritual access/awakenings/experience to transcend or bypass our emotional reality, we are being invited to bridge in an emotionally porous and relational way to ANY energy within us and our soul field that needs Divine love, support, compassion and forgiveness. This allows for the spiritual awakenings to ground into our physical body in a way that opens up more nourishing relationships with others, soul family community, vital and healthy bodies, alchemy draw, soul purpose service, visceral sense of being beloved by the Divine and more.
​During the group calls, Raphael and Jelelle will explored and transmitted our ongoing journey of Divine Self embodiment through teachings, guided meditation journeys with crystal sound bowl transmission, and sharings from group participants and SoulFullHeart community members, including SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kasha Rokshana. Our journey during this series will bridge to and open up your emotional body access and to parts of your 3D self such as your inner child/teenager, inner protector, inner punisher, and inner mother/father.
​All of the calls will be held by, inspired by and supported by Divine Mother and Divine Father, channeling through Raphael and Jelelle in the moment....holding the space, beaming the possibilities of remembrance and reunion and new codes for us to receive and let in.
In each call, we provided one of our powerful, efficient, and transformative guided meditation journeys and now are including our 432 HZ tuned heart/root chakra crystal sound bowls (and others) to offer an energetic clearing and experiential deepening within you of what we have shared about during the call. This creates a bridge from what you are learning about on a mental level into the emotional body and quantum soul field, where activation, transformation, and deeper healing become possible.

Physical Body Detox/Light Body Upgrades Group Call w/Raphael & Jelelle Awen -

In this two-hour group call for men and women on Sunday, September 3rd, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen offered an exploration into the physical body healing and light body upgrade. We shared about how connecting with your physical body as it upgrades into a light body in a conscious and deeply feeling way allows for deeper embodiment of your Divine Self.
In Jelelle's words afterwards:
"It was a beautiful transmission of light and love codes to support our physical bodies during our group call last night! Raphael and I shared about the soul remembrance of our bodies out of 3D density, toxicity, Matrix programming/conditioning that is stored in the cellular memory of our body this life and many lifetimes...and into immortality/expanded life span, living on light, beyond need for sleep, and more.
Conscious connection to our bodies in a self loving way (defusing from the parts of us who hold judgements about our bodies esp) allows for an intimate sense of what promotes ongoing and necessary detox and supports our light bodies in terms of fuels/foods, movements/exercise, emotional processing with parts of ourselves/soul aspects, and more.
We then offered a deep sound healing transmission playing our crystal bowls, plus toning, light language, guided meditation and channeled messages from Divine Mother and Divine Father. The transmission offered a bridge to your light body in its highest frequency form of freedom, lightness, vitality and beyond pain/suffering/density.
So much support came through to honor our physical bodies as the sacred vessels of our ascension...healing so many lifetimes of spirit/matter split and moving beyond seeing the body as a limitation to the deeper experience of our soul.
We do not have to leave the body in order to experience heaven in this lifetime...yet rather we can experience heaven IN the body. Our bodies becoming more and more an instrument and beacon for Divine purpose and mission as the shame, self consciousness, and persecution falls away.

Inner Mother/Matriarch Healing Transmission Women's Group Call w/Jelelle Awen and Raianna Shai -

In this two-hour group call for women on Sunday, August 20th SoulFullHeart Sacred Feminine Teacher/Facilitator Jelelle Awen and her daughter/SoulFullHeart community member Raianna Shai offered an exploration into the maturation and differentiation of your Inner Mother as a key aspect of Divine Self embodiment.
Connecting with your Inner Mother is a profound portal into the maturation of your femininity and emotional body, without which we are left looping in transcendent and bypass spirituality. Without this maturation, we struggle to show up as a sovereign, empowered queen essence in response to our lives, esp with vulnerability and truth telling/boundaries in our relationships.
Rather than receive supportive initiations that allowed our inner mother to express her gifts of compassion, care giving, and presence, we received templating from our birth mothers and coding from our ancestral feminine line that reflects the wounded expressions of the dominant wounded masculine or matriarch.
As we make and nurture this connection with the Inner Mother, we give way to no longer being ‘fused’ to their fears and reactions, but instead open our hearts as more of our mature Divine Self to feel those fears and reactions and achieve deep personal ongoing transformation of our being. If you are a mother this life to children, there can often be a deep self identity that holds the patterns of mothering that you received and is ripe for transformation that then opens up your mothering to a deeper level of compassionate yet unattached care.
The relationship between your inner mother and inner daughter is an interesting exploration dynamic to explore as well. The unconscious polarizations in this relationship (an internalization of our experience with your birth mothers and other female caregivers) can play out in difficult, conflicted or disconnected relationships with other women, our own daughters, how we feel towards the Divine Feminine, etc.
During the call, Jelelle and Raianna offered teachings on how to make this bridge to your Inner Mother through the SoulFullHeart process, the benefits of it, and their experiences in connecting with their inner mothers and how they grow/transmute/integrate over time. Our Inner Mother holds the seeds of our connection to the Divine Mother, just needing watering, support, and love to blossom and deepen.
In the guided meditation/transmission portion of the call, Jelelle and Raianna offered a bridge to connect with your inner Mother, who may show up as your birth mother or another energy. This starts to open out the feeling and connection space between you. They then bridged to Divine Mother energies to receive support for your Divine Self to hold the explorations with your Inner Mother.
Jelelle and Raianna also played the heart and root crystal sound bowls, channeled messages from Divine Mother, and repeated affirmations as a group that provides a new coding for your inner mother experience within you and as a group of sisters.

3D Self & The Inner Protector Group Call w/Raphael & Jelelle Awen -

In this two-hour group call for men and women on Sunday, August 6th SoulFullHeart Teachers/Facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen offered an exploration into the 3D Self and the Inner Protector. We shared about how connecting with your 3D Self in a conscious and deeply feeling way, and aspects of it including the Inner Protector, allows for deeper embodiment of your Divine Self.
The 3D Self is formed when we incarnate into the density of this earth plane and hijacked Matrix reality (as a soul’s choice for growth) and is like a ‘suit’ of fragmented personality expressions that is needed in order to survive here. Aspects of the 3D self include the Inner Protector (primary defense structure), Inner Child (Divine orphan/child essence), Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, and Inner Punisher. As we awaken to our soul consciousness, the 3D Self is then wanting to be deconstructed so that limiting conditionings, belief systems, programs can be let go of and karmic cycles completed as well.
The 3D Self is often what many spiritualities are referring to as ‘ego’ in recognition of the limited consciousness processing available when we ‘fuse’ to these aspects without differentiation. The Inner Protector is a very important (and very needed for a phase) aspect of the 3D Self defense mechanisms that often needs conscious and ongoing negotiation with in order to deepen in the deconstruction process.
We shared about our own personal awakenings and deconstruction of our 3D selves through connecting with parts of ourselves such as the Inner Protector, soul aspects and each other through our SoulFullHeart quantum healing process and way of life together that we live and share. This offers you a model to compare with, to consider, to verify what is your path, as you partake of and contribute to a path already traveled.
​In the guided meditation/transmission portion of the call, we created a bridge to connect with your Inner Protector who can bridge us to whatever world your 3D self is still anchored to (usually through relationships, livelihood, etc.) We then bridged to the 5D Divine dimension/transmission where you can receive support for your Divine Self to hold the exploration into your emotional body. Divine Mother and Divine Father held a safe, higher-vibe space for this exploration through channelings from Raphael and Jelelle.

Inner Teen Men's Group Call w/Raphael Awen -

Rather than receive supportive initiations that allowed our Inner Teenager to arise into his sacred mature masculinity, we experienced invalidation and lack of necessary initiations, especially into expression and embodiment of our soul gifts. We received usually wounded and immature templating from our fathers and masculine ancestral line and Matrix programming/conditioning around how to be a feminized masculine or non-sensitive, patriarch kind of man.
As we make and nurture this connection with the Inner Boy/Teenager, we give way to no longer being fused to their fears and reactions, but instead open our hearts as more of our mature divine self to feel those fears and reactions and achieve deep personal ongoing transformation of our being.
In this two-hour group call for men on Saturday, July 22nd SoulFullHeart Sacred Masculine Teacher/Facilitator Raphael Awen offered an exploration into the maturation of your Inner Teenager as a key aspect of Divine Self embodiment. Raphael offered teachings on how to make this bridge to your Inner Teenager through the SoulFullHeart process, the benefits of it, and his experiences in connecting with his Inner Teenager and how they grow/transmute/integrate over time.
In the guided meditation/transmission portion of the call, Raphael offered a bridge to connect with your Inner Teenager in his teenage bedroom. This starts to open out the feeling and connection space between you. We then bridged to Divine Father energies so you can receive support for your Divine Self to hold the ongoing explorations with your inner teenager.
This goes beyond getting in touch with some playful ‘inner child energies’, and instead offers a grounded path of resolving all of their traumas as well as receiving all the incredible gifts they have to offer.
As their world incorporates and integrates with yours, you naturally show up with more heart and soul MAN frequencies, that are alive with PLAY and JOY and DIVINE CONNECTION.

Raphael and Jelelle share about how emotional maturity allows for nourishing navigation and experience in ALL areas of your life: spiritual, financial, social, physical and more.
Emotional maturation occurs as you connect consciously and with deep feeling porosity with your emotional body and the usually subconscious wounds/traumas/blocks that exist within your 3D self and the parts that hold these woundings. Parts of you are then able to move out of an immaturity (especially the Inner Teenager and Inner Child) that is the result of lack of initiation/modeling, inability to digest traumas/wounds in the moment they occurred or within your soul field, not enough differentiation ‘space’ between you as your Divine Self and these parts, and programming/conditioning that supports bypassing/transcending/numbing feelings and emotional states. Can you get a sense of how profound a going-on place this can be for you?
We shared in the call how there is opportunity in this lifetime to truly mature our emotional bodies for the first time since we chose to incarnate into 3D Matrix realities. Advanced soul frequencies and upgrades can then be embodied and transacted within us and with others in a mature way rather than in ways that repeat patterns of abuse, suffering, pain, and trauma. As much as this feels desirable to parts of us keen on growth or ascension, it also understandably leaves other parts of us afraid of such epic life changes.
